Vila Gale Collection Palácio dos Arcos

The location is amazing and super convenient. There are many restaurants options around and all services( ATM, Pharmacy, coffee shops, grocery stores, train station, etc). The blackout of the room is really good.

Liked big spacious bedroom and view from terrace, my husband enjoyed indoor pool and sauna, 5 minute walk from train station to Lisboa and Cascais. Paco de Arcos is lovely little town for a base to travel. In general we loved the hotel. The staff are outstanding and a credit to the hotel. A truly chill out hotel.

Clean, spacious and good facilities.

It's the second time I stayed at Vila Galé in Paço de Arcos, and it's the second time my family and I enjoyed our time there. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is welcoming, kind, and helpful. We had a problem with the toilet and it was immediately fixed. Thank you for that! We had half board and we really liked the service in the restaurant even if the waiting time between courses was a bit too long. The waiters are very dedicated to clients, and I would like to thank some of them who were extremely kind and made a very good impression (even with my daughter, who is extremely suspicious!): Sofia, you are the best! Thank you for the lovely desserts at our daughter's anniversary! Also, thank you, Eduardo, Pedro e Tiago! We'll be back 😊

I am a frequent visitor to this wonderful hotel and I can say with confidence that this traditional Portuguese hotel is very well modernized and it combines history with modernity. great view. lovely breakfast. polite staff. The hotel's excellent location allows for jogging and walking along the promenade. close the best beaches.
